Therapeutic Massage is tailored to support the body through times of healing, restoration, and transition. This work focuses on easing tension held in the body, including the back, neck, shoulders, and wrists, while also supporting overall physical recovery and well-being. Gentle abdominal massage may be incorporated to encourage circulation, support the abdominal organs, and promote overall balance within the body.

This offering also weaves in the Closing of the Body using rebozos to gently wrap and support the body. This process allows the body to feel held, contained, and grounded as it integrates life experiences. It supports healing on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level, helping a woman feel more settled within herself as she moves through periods of change.

Closing of the Body Massage can be especially supportive during meaningful life transitions that have a deep and lasting impact on a woman’s well-being. This may include experiences such as grief, becoming a wife or mother, moving, or navigating other shifts in life. Through intentional touch and wrapping, this work supports a woman in feeling grounded in her body, physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually as she moves through these transitions.
