Gentle abdominal massage may be incorporated to encourage circulation, support the abdominal organs, and promote overall balance within the body.

This offering also weaves in the Closing of the Body using rebozos to gently wrap and support the body. This process allows the body to feel held, contained, and grounded as it integrates life experiences. It supports healing on a physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual level, helping a woman feel more settled within herself as she moves through periods of change.

Closing of the Body Massage can be especially supportive during meaningful life transitions that have a deep and lasting impact on a woman’s well-being.
