Lactation massage can help to assist discomforts related to experiencing engorgement and clogged ducts. The benefits of lactation massage can also help to prevent or reduce the occurrence of mastitis. Lactation massage can help to alleviate any concerns with having low milk supply.

The massage itself is non-invasive. The work is respectful to where the body is  and  can be done with a thin blouse on or directly on the skin, which tends to be more effective.
