Postpartum Massage focuses on tailoring the massage to the mother's needs after giving birth. During this time, postpartum massage helps to promote recovery; alleviate back, neck and wrist pain and overall physical aches due to caring for a newborn. Also, postpartum massage assists the abdominal organs to come back to pre-pregnancy positions with gentle abdominal massage. As a closing ceremony to the postpartum massage session, the mother can choose to include the use of a rebozo to help close the body. This is supportive to the body physically and emotionally.

Induction Massage is ideal when the mother-to-be is 38 weeks or more. During the induction massage there is continuous pressure applied to acupressure points along the body. Each acupressure point is worked on for about 2-3 mins. Induction massage is a non-invasive massage that allows the client to go deep within her body, allowing the baby to settle more into the pelvis, and encourages the body to move towards labor. Induction massage is successful when the body and baby are ready to take the laboring journey. Most women who are 40 + weeks tend to go into labor within 48 hours of receiving induction massage.

Lactation massage can help to assist discomforts related to experiencing engorgement and clogged ducts. The benefits of lactation massage can also help to prevent or reduce the occurrence of mastitis. Lactation massage can help to alleviate any concerns with having low milk supply. 

The massage itself is non-invasive. The work is respectful to where the body is  and  can be done with a thin blouse on or directly on the skin, which tends to be more effective.
